  Produced by using whole, ripe apples and apple enzymes to bring out the rich flavor and glucaric acid of the fruit.
  We use the secondary bottle fermentation process, a traditional methodfor producing cidre in Normandy, France.
  This product is certified by the Nagano Appellation Control Committee.

  "12 Years Old Apple Brandy Alc. 40%"
  Produced by distilling fermented cidre in an oak barrel.
  The cidre is kept in a 300L barrel for over 10 years, then the amount is reduced to 1/3 after evaporation and maturation begins.
  This maturation process concentrates the fragrance of apples to give the brandy a mild taste.
  The outpour of apple aroma once opening the barrel is absolutely uplifting.
  A remarkable product with the rich aroma of apples and smooth taste.
